The Patient was unhappy with the rough edges of her teeth and the spaces in between them.

The rough edges were smoothed off. The spaces were closed by bonding composite (tooth colored filling material) to the adjacent surfaces. The teeth are not connected together which allows the patient to continue to floss easily.

The margins of two old crowns have a gap, allowing stain to accumulate. The stained margins are visible because of the recession.

The new crowns extend to the gum line. The margins of the crowns fit the tooth which will prevent the accumulation of stain and the development of new decay.

The patient was unhappy with her old crown that had a dark edge along the gum line. She also wanted to close the spaces between her teeth.

The patient had bonding on her front two teeth that fractured.
