Dr. Evans received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1982 from Wheaton College. He received his D.D.S. Degree from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1986
Patti has been with our office since October 1988. She is our office manager and is responsible for accounts payable and payroll.
Kelly has been with our office since August 1995. She is our front office supervisor and is responsible for the business functions of the office including scheduling, billing and the processing of insurance claims.
Kristin has been with our office since July 2006. She assists in all business functions and patient care duties. Kristin is also trained to perform teeth polishing and sealant placement.
Jorge has been with our office since March 1999. He is our clinical coordinator and responsible for assisting in patient care, the processing of all instruments and treatment areas, the ordering and maintenance of all equipment and supplies. Jorge is also trained to perform teeth polishing and sealant placement.
Angela has been with our office since August 2007. She assists in all patient care duties.
Jill is our hygienist. She is a highly trained and competent professional who is dedicated to helping our patients develop and maintain optimal health of their teeth and gums.
